Penny Wars!Text Box: This is the coveted and prized “Blue Pig”. Each year the kids in each class develop a strategy they hope will result in their class winning the ultimate prize! Text Box: Here you see several of the classes coming down as a team to add pennies to their jar that count for positive points and “bombing” other classes with silver coins and paper bills that add negative points! Text Box: Staff members and adult volunteers pitch in to count all the coins. Text Box: The money raised was used to buy these gifts for 5 needy children that were identified for us by St. Mary's Hospital here in Hobart! The children were identified by there first name only! This school wide program gave all of us a warm fuzzy & satisfaction for very Christian effort during this holiday season!
